Audio input to the AU-610-VCS Series is taken directly from a supervised speaker circuit operating at 25 VRMS or 70 VRMS. Input load on the speaker circuit amplifier is a mere 0.064 Watts. With such a low wattage load many AU-610-VCS Series Explosion-Proof Amplified Speakers can be accommodated on a single (common) speaker circuit loop.
